GREEN-DNN is looking for a Business Co-Founder (AI Optimization for Telecommunication)
We're launching a startup focused on energy-efficient AI model deployment on telecom infrastructure — bridging AI, sustainability, and 5G/6G networks.
The startup is not yet registered, but pre-seed funding is already secured. The position is equity-only for now (NO SALARY), with co-founder shares granted upon registration.
We are seeking a visionary business co-founder who can build the business side of this deep-tech company — from fundraising to go-to-market strategy, to customer acquisition and partnerships.

Tasks
- Define a concerete business model for the startup idea.
- Lead customer discovery, early interviews, define early adopter profiles, and shape product-market fit.
- Build strategic partnerships with telecom operators, cloud providers, and edge hardware vendors.
- Lead fundraising efforts — including grants, early-stage investors, and pitch competitions.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for telecom and AI infrastructure markets.
- Participate in programs of incubators, accelerators, and pitch events and represent the company.
- Collaborate closely with the technical co-founder to align technology with market needs.
- Lead business operations, legal setup, hiring, and early revenue modeling.
Requirements
- Time commitment: At least 20 hours per week.
- Based in Germany, with Niederlassungserlaubnis or German citizenship.
- Degree (ideally Master’s or MBA) in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering Management, or Technical field with strong business experience.
- Strong interest or background in telecommunication, AI, cloud infrastructure, or deep-tech startups.
- Strong communication and pitch skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
- Bonus: experience in regulatory or public sector programs for AI or telecom.
Experience with:
- Startup ecosystems, VCs, and grant programs in Germany or EU.
- B2B sales, especially for enterprise or telco clients.
- Working in early-stage environments or co-founding roles.
