Job Title: Purchasing Business Analyst (Non-Production Material) (m/f/diverse)

Location: Frankfurt

We are seeking a Purchasing Business Analyst to support our Automotive Purchasing division. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving the data analytics strategy and roadmap within Automotive Purchasing
  2. Coordinating activities, milestones, and targets as a project coordinator
  3. Acting as an interface within the organization for project setup and coordination
  4. Conducting workshops to gather and document technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
  5. Analyzing, prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with departments and project teams
  6. Designing data models to connect data from various sources
  7. Supporting the implementation of innovative visualization concepts for better data interpretation
  8. Developing end-to-end solutions that meet stakeholder needs
  9. Performing data-driven analyses, including visualizations and impact assessments for purchasing tenders
  10. Interpreting data and communicating results effectively

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An academic degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in relevant areas, preferably in the automotive industry
  • A strong understanding of business processes, especially Purchasing and Supplier Quality Management
  • Experience in project and process management, ideally in digital transformation
  • High affinity for digital technologies, cloud services, and tools
  • Innovative thinking and ability to design stakeholder-oriented digital solutions
  • Collaborative working skills with internal and external teams
  • A structured, analytical approach and enjoyment of detailed investigation
  • Ability to prioritize, evaluate, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
