Maternity Cover - Video and Motion Designer (f/m/d)

We are seeking a “Video and Motion Designer” to join our growing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will own the creation of high-quality video content that tells the story of our products, drives engagement across digital channels, and elevates our brand presence globally.

You will work across social media, website, product demos, and event content. This is a senior creative role where excellence in both concept development and execution is key. The ideal candidate combines a strong aesthetic sense, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt video content to different technical and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end production of video content: storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, post-production.
  • Develop product-focused videos that clearly communicate technical value propositions in a visually engaging way.
  • Adapt creative assets for multiple channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, landing pages, email campaigns, trade shows, webinars, demos).
  • Create video assets for events, including opening videos, teasers, recaps, and product showcases, promotional videos.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to ensure messaging is accurate and impactful.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video materials and contribute to evolving brand visual guidelines.
  • Stay updated with new video production trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • several years experience in video editing and motion design roles.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a mix of product videos, motion graphics, event content, and social media snippets.
  • Strong storytelling skills, especially when simplifying technical or complex topics for B2B audiences.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects. Knowledge Illustrator, Figma. Knowledge of tools like DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environment strongly preferred — you know how to make technical products engaging.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically, translating briefs into creative concepts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (any additional language is a plus).
