As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.
4. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports.

Our hybrid Project Management framework is evolving towards an agile approach; experience with agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) is desirable.

Follow your Passion

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership roles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Business.
• Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written).
• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, or other data analytics software.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
