Which is where you come in.What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a dedicated Global Information Security & Infrastructure Coordinator to join our global Catalysis IT team. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement by ensuring the security and reliability of our IT systems and networks.

• Coordinate Security Strategy Implementation: Lead the execution of security processes, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX) and regulatory requirements, while supporting audits and business continuity plans.
• Oversee Security Monitoring and Incident Response: Detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents, conduct regular assessments, and stay updated on emerging threats to protect systems and data.
• Manage IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Initiatives: Support infrastructure management, including technical lifecycle planning, security patch testing, and defining the OT cybersecurity roadmap.
• Promote Security Awareness and Compliance: Deliver training on cybersecurity best practices, ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and fostering a security-first mindset across the organization.
• Support IT Security Audits: Assist in preparing for and running through increasing internal and external information security audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Address audit findings and implement necessary improvements to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Reporting and Documentation: Develop and maintain security processes, report on vulnerabilities and risks, and handle follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance.

Who We Are Looking For

• Educational Background & Analytical Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Informatics, with strong analytical abilities to assess security requirements and implement appropriate controls.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, and audit practices, with a solid understanding of information risk concepts and how they align with business needs.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and OT technologies, along with an understanding of their unique cybersecurity challenges.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven interpersonal abilities in teamwork, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Proactive & Resilient: A fast learner who is self-driven, takes initiative, remains calm under pressure, and is always willing to go the extra mile.
