Client Services Specialist | Munich, DE | Hybrid

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Services team in Munich to support and grow our distribution strategy by assisting in the creation and customisation of client-facing materials. This role is available immediately and will be critical in ensuring that our presentations and pitches are compelling, well-structured, and aligned with client expectations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

• Regular quantitative updates of product presentations and flyers (performance figures, team slides, etc.) via a slide management system
• Quality checks and formatting of existing presentations
• General administrative tasks within the team
• Interaction with various stakeholders, both internal and external

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, client service, sales support, or a related role
• Strong skills/experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Open minded, proactive and self-starting mentality with strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a small team, in a small office centrally located in Munich
• Fluency in German and English
• The right to work in Germany
