We are seeking a Steuerfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) in Vollzeit for our office in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Responsibilities

• Support the association and its subsidiaries
• Account for and post ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets, and bank accounting
• Reconcile accounts, monitor open items, and manage dunning processes
• Handle payment transactions
• Prepare annual financial statements and monthly status reports
• Manage monthly VAT submissions
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks
• Assist with preliminary payroll accounting

Qualifications

• Completed training as a tax clerk, accountant, or comparable qualification; experience with balance sheet accounting is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of tax and social security law
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting
• Proficient with DATEV and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Independent, structured working style, quick comprehension, and strong organizational skills
