What You Will Be Doing:

As a Senior Project Manager at Nuix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to customers. You will oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. This role is part of the Professional Services team and reports directly to the Director, Professional Services EMEA.

Location:

This position will be based in our Frankfurt, Germany office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Frankfurt office for the remaining days of the week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Budgetary Project Experience: Manage projects based on billable time and team utilization.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Executive Engagement: Engage with executive-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate and leverage global resources to support project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to project plans and addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Escalation Management: Handle internal and external escalations effectively to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the link between our customers, services, support, and product teams, representing customer interests within Nuix.com (Voice of Customer).
  • Best Practices: Advise customers on best practices for adopting Nuix.com solutions to enhance their experience and maximize value.
  • Training and Development: Promote continuous customer engagement through training programs and skill development.
  • Communication: Foster regular, proactive communication with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the tech industry.
  • 5 years' minimum experience in eDiscovery/Digital Forensics/Law enforcement/Government within the Big 4, including experience with industry standards for Processing, Analyzing, and Reviewing data.
  • Experience with implementing one or more of the following platforms: Nuix, EnCase, FTK, Magnet, Axcelerate, Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with various project management tools is a plus.
  • Project management qualifications like Prince2 or similar certifications are desired.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in all client interactions.
  • Background in one or many of the forensic, law-enforcement, eDiscovery, and investigation industries is a strong benefit but not required.
  • Ability to travel, mostly within the DACH region.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
