Your Responsibilities

• You ensure our customers can bank day and night, in all weather, by being available—even in on-call duties—to prevent outages in our Web Banking and Banking App.
• You analyze and resolve operational disruptions in incident management, working with platform teams.
• You assist in transitioning our applications to the cloud, ensuring security, stability, and smooth operation.
• You focus on automation, developing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Ansible, and advancing our Linux and cloud applications.
• You act as a 'Big Brother' for our applications, developing alerting, performance monitoring, and observability strategies, and implementing dashboards for key metrics.
• You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage governance and operational standards, and align our applications with the latest infrastructure standards.

Your Profile

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification, with relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Java-based applications, Unix/Linux production environments, OpenShift, and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Python, Bash).
• Practice with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
• Knowledge of ITIL, patch, lifecycle, and security management.
• Openness to new technologies in DevOps and cloud environments.
• Analytical thinking and structured approach, especially in troubleshooting.
• Independent, responsible, and systematic working style, with enjoyment in teamwork.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
