Lead Assembly Technician / Lead Assembly Technician (m/f/d) - Lifescience

The Medical Technology/Life Science division plays a central role in our growth strategy.
You make the difference and take responsibility for the assembly and process commissioning of sophisticated high-performance assembly systems and the technical management of the assigned teams.

  • You will provide technical leadership for your project team and assist employees in the assembly of cam-controlled systems.
  • You will check the precise installation of mechanical and pneumatic components and also lend a hand yourself.
  • During final assembly, you will be primarily responsible for the functional testing of complex process steps and make adjustments as required.
  • You will plan and supervise the commissioning of systems in-house and at our customers' sites in Germany and abroad.

Your profile

  • You have completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have completed further training as a master craftsman or technician.
  • In the course of your professional career, you have gained initial experience in the technical management and guidance of assembly teams.
  • You have a good knowledge of pneumatics.
  • You are structured, organized and very familiar with the organization of work processes in assembly.
  • You are a team player and support your project team with your specialist knowledge.
  • You are willing to travel for the commissioning of the systems.
  • In order to communicate well with our customers, you have a very good command of German and good English.
