Manager – Valuation Services - Strategy Consulting

An established and highly regarded professional services firm in Cologne is seeking a driven and experienced Manager to join their Valuation Services team. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute complex business valuations for transactions, restructurings, financial reporting, and tax purposes.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the valuation process.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, contributing to their development and growth.
• Deliver clear, well-substantiated valuation reports and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory and market developments impacting valuation practices.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the valuation practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or CVA are a plus.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships and lead project teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
