Responsibilities:Support and prepare of process- and risk-oriented audits in an international environment, with a consultative approach
Support and carry out financial and business process analyses regarding effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and adequacy of internal controls
Communication and presentation of audit results
Development of methodological knowledge in auditing
Support of special investigations, as needed
Support in the analysis and optimization of internal and administrative processes
University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related experience
2+ years of audit experience
Good understanding of internal auditing theory and practice, excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
Basic understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, etc.) and IT systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis
Strong communication skills and diplomacy skills to guide influence and convince others
Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to approx. 50% of working time)
