We are currently looking for a

Product Line Expert (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full- or part-time). Join our team at one of our locations in Germany, such as Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl, etc. – flexible working conditions available.

Your Responsibilities

• P&L and KPI Management – Monitor the profitability of the 3DC product line and develop/evolve a KPI framework to measure success.
• Strategic Initiatives & Actions – Define and support strategic initiatives and develop countermeasures when targets are not met.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Analyze market and competitor data to provide relevant insights to product development teams.
• Tender Management – Ensure the timely processing of incoming tenders by coordinating the appropriate contributors.
• Product Positioning & Sales Support – Develop product documentation to support Sales & KAM, and contribute to pricing and marketing strategies.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market – Support the launch of new products and drive strategic go-to-market efforts.

Your Profile

• Understanding of the collection industry and relevant players across different countries.
• Proven ability to develop solutions for complex problems, considering relevant business constraints.
• Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive profitable growth and innovation.
• Excellent skills in analyzing and leveraging data to ensure structured decision-making.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and related issues.
• Strong communication skills in English and German to effectively manage stakeholders.
