Responsibilities:
1. According to the sales order requirements, coordinate logistics resources and reasonably allocate freight forwarders and sea/air/rail export routes, and arrange cargo booking and the preparation of export customs documents in a timely manner;
2. Operate the CRM and SAP systems to ensure the smooth execution of the shipping process and be responsible for on-time delivery;
3. Compile and settle the costs of various segments of international logistics and overseas warehousing fees, coordinate and manage third-party logistics providers, and continuously optimize related logistics costs;
4. Liaise with the finance department to verify and organize shipping data, ensuring that the accounts match the actual situation;
5. Participate in the formulation and optimization of the actual operational processes for international logistics and be responsible for maintaining and processing the data in the logistics module of the system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in International Economics and Trade, English, or Business English;
2. Good verbal English skills, capable of conducting daily business conversations with clients, and proficient in using English emails for work;
3. Familiar with international trade processes and related international trade terms, with extensive experience in sea, land, air, and rail import/export logistics operations;
4. Familiar with hazardous materials management and transportation, with preference given to candidates with experience in large international logistics projects in Europe and the United States;
5. Strong team cooperation awareness and cross-department communication skills, with a high ability to work under pressure;
6. Willingness to accept occasional international business trips.
