About the Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining hydraulic pump systems, qualifying suppliers, and supporting customer projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards are met. Your work will involve research, development, and application in real-world projects, with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hydraulic pump systems
• Qualify suppliers and review technical proposals
• Participate in supplier selection and project execution
• Manage R&D budgets and schedules
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in process or mechanical engineering or related field
• Several years of experience with hydraulic pumps (axial piston, gear, vane, centrifugal, screw spindle)
• Experience in process industries like power generation or oil and gas is a plus
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and systematic approach
• Team-oriented with innovative mindset
