Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team in the Industrial Heating segment
• Coach sales staff (FSEs) with visit planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to sales strategies and budgeting processes
• Manage key accounts, including negotiations on prices and contracts
• Provide technical consulting on industrial products using hot air and infrared technology
• Drive market development and sales within our structured Sales & Marketing Excellence process
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Initiate sales and marketing campaigns
• Support cross-functional leadership tasks and represent the department in management

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Proven leadership experience in technical sales, preferably in plastics processing, infrared, or hot air technology
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
• Interest in social media and AI
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Technical understanding with a high customer focus
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
