As an in-house project manager with expertise in organizational projects, your methodological skills, and knowledge of IT and processes will make you a driving force behind innovative solutions and modern process design. You will turn ideas into reality and set new standards from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

Your Future Role

1. Manage internal, cross-divisional projects in organization, optimization, change management, and software if applicable.
2. Plan and control targets, budgets, schedules, and resources.
3. Conduct workshops, manage requirements, and coordinate with specialist departments and stakeholders.
4. Analyze and optimize processes as part of transformation and digitalization projects.
5. Coordinate internal/external teams and partners and service providers.
6. Manage risks and ensure sustainable implementation.
7. Create decision papers and reports for management.
8. Promote project-oriented working methods and develop internal PM standards.

What You Bring to the Team

1. Completed studies in economics, engineering, computer science, or a related qualification.
2. Experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or production environment.
3. Proficiency in classic and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI).
4. Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and structured working approach.
5. High initiative, flexibility, and quick comprehension.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools; ERP/PLM system knowledge is an advantage.
7. Good written and spoken English skills.
