We are looking for an experienced Web Analytics Architect / Analytical Engineer in Web Tracking, who is passionate about understanding user behavior on web-based products and leveraging data to drive value for our customers and business. This role combines technical web tracking, data transformation, and data analytics.
As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team, you will collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing, and Product teams to foster data capturing, generate insights, and understand customer behavior on our digital products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Empower and consult stakeholders on web tracking, experimentation, and behavioral data capturing (focusing on product and marketing analytics).
  • Ensure proper ingestion and usability of data captured via your tools into our data platforms.
  • Support ad-hoc insights generation and assist in building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Lead and enhance the architecture, vision, and implementation of Web Tracking, Tag Management (e.g., Server-side GTM), and Experimentation setups (e.g., A/B testing with Optimizely).
  • Proactively audit, test, debug, and monitor tracking and experimentation setups.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Marketing, Content teams, and Data colleagues.

You've got

  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce, product, and marketing analytics.
  • A passion for coding to derive insights from data.
  • A desire to grow as an individual contributor and expert, with leadership responsibilities.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Data, Product, or Marketing Analytics, focusing on behavioral insights, experimentation, growth, conversion optimization, and web tracking.
  • Proven experience setting up and maintaining complex Web Tracking setups (preferably multi-website, multi-country).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager (including server-side tracking), Google Analytics 4, Dataform, Optimizely, Looker Studio, BigQuery (complex queries), ClickHouse, or similar.
  • Experience with CRO and Experimentation programs in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Educational background in Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and metrics.
  • Additional expertise in Data Warehousing and Cloud Environments like GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models is a plus.
