We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lead Architect (m/w/f) for our Data Center Business Unit. This position is based in Frankfurt am Main or Stuttgart. You will be responsible for the management and execution of architecture-specific project tasks within large projects, as well as building and leading a new team of Architects. Your role will also involve recruiting team members, setting goals, and ensuring successful project delivery. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Independently lead and coordinate projects in the fields of architecture
• Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems
• Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
• Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
• Building, Leading and developing a team of Architects
• Adherence to budget, quality and deadline requirements within the assigned projects
• Supporting project management in the preparation and, if necessary, updating of schedules
• Coordination of subcontractors and assurance of the highest execution quality, as well as compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirements
• Coordination and control of the interfaces of the individual trades

Show your expertise

• Degree in architecture, or similar
• Extensive years' experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector
• Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and construction supervision
• Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast-track environment
• Extensive local construction knowledge
• Ability to mentor and motivate a team as well as experience in leadership positions within a technically challenging environment
• Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Central Europe
