Job Description

Role Overview

As the Key Account Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic customer accounts in the telecommunications sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key telecom accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with clients in Germany.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and work with technical and delivery teams to convert them.
  • Coordinate with the project and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Act as the main interface between customers and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and strategies to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead regular review meetings with clients to monitor service delivery and capture new business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NETS’ telecommunication solutions and services.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to position NETS advantageously.
  • Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and bids.
  • Support contract renewals, renegotiations, and extensions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles within the telecommunications sector.
  • Deep understanding of telecom operations, wireless/fixed networks, and related technologies.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise-level accounts and complex project environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Comfortable with frequent client interactions and on-site visits within Germany.
