Our client, a leading tech-focused mid-market private equity firm, is looking for a high-caliber Associate to join their dynamic team in Berlin. With a strong track record of investing in cutting-edge TMT, software, and technology-driven businesses, they provide hands-on support to fast-growing companies across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution.
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis to assess potential investments.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in TMT, tech, and software, identifying high-potential opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong track record in TMT, tech, or software transactions.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
