Über uns: More than 300 million customers shop in Amazon’s store, where they browse, purchase, and review products sold by third-party sellers alongside Amazon's own products. Since 2000, Amazon has provided virtual shelf space to individuals and companies of all sizes, helping them reach a vast customer base, build their brands, and grow their businesses. Today, third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold in our store. As we expand into new countries, our environment becomes increasingly dynamic and fast-paced.

The Strategic Account Services Team aims to maximize the potential of each Amazon Selling Partner through strategic consultancy. Using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach, we support our Selling Partners in achieving their goals. Our holistic services include advice on International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building. We also assist with operational challenges.

Role: Marketplace Consultant

You will independently manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, supporting their growth and satisfaction by developing tailored roadmaps aligned with their targets. You will proactively identify untapped potential and support onboarding and recruitment of new Selling Partners. Additionally, you will lead the launch of this program in your country, requiring stakeholder management and adaptability amid ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Selling Partner Management: Manage 10-12 partners, develop strategies, and oversee communications.
  2. Business Analyses: Generate insights and recommendations using analytical tools.
  3. Consultancy: Leverage Amazon solutions to meet partner objectives.
  4. Operational Support: Guide execution, answer questions, and resolve challenges.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish trust and collaborate closely with partners.
  6. Education: Train partners on Amazon solutions and updates.
  7. Recruitment: Identify and engage prospective Selling Partners.
  8. Business Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and strategic discussions.
  9. Subject Matter Expertise: Own and develop expertise in specific areas like Branding or Fulfillment.
  10. Localization: Adapt processes to local market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German, Czech, or Bulgarian
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or similar from a top-tier university
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel
  • Strategic development and execution experience
  • Proven client management skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, key account management, digital retail, or related fields
