Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Improve assembly processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Develop, evaluate, and implement automation and efficiency projects for laser assembly
• Collaborate with development, purchasing, and production teams on new product integration
• Introduce tools and measurement devices into production
• Create repeatable processes and assembly steps for stable manufacturing and high output
• Scale manufacturing processes to meet growing demand

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering
• Several years of experience in manufacturing processes
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of PLC, CNC programming, and industrial robotics
• Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or Altium for process design
• Quick problem-solving skills
• Independent working style with strong organizational skills
• Confident communication and presentation skills
