YOUR ROLE

  1. Interested in creating value from data?
  2. Contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices.
  3. Design, build, and maintain data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to data science projects, including GenAI applications.
  4. Apply your expertise across various projects within analytics, especially in Henkel Consumer Brands.
  5. Work collaboratively in an agile team to deliver high-quality data products swiftly.

YOUR SKILLS

  1. Master’s degree in data engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience in data engineering or data science, with a history of managing extensive data infrastructures.
  3. Proficiency in Python and understanding of cloud ecosystems, focusing on cloud-based data solutions.
  4. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
  5. Skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles.
  6. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration in an international team.
