We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Team Leader 3D Materials Library to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of professionals, driving the development and management of our 3D materials library to support our digital transformation journey. The position is limited to 18 months.

What you can expect:

• Lead and develop a diverse team of (Senior) 3D experts, 3D artists and managers
• Implement material digitization and company-wide 3D strategies
• Manage change within cross-functional product development teams
• Handle stakeholder internal (e.g. Creative Management, Operations, IT) an external (e.g. Raw Material Supplier, Digi Hubs) relations and expand networks
• Drive innovation in 3D material quality, technology, and workflows to achieve the company’s goals
• Identify potentials for operational improvement and faster product development

Your profile:

• Leadership experience with strong empathy and structuring skills
• Business management expertise in fashion/textile and project management
• General expertise in 3D software and strong process understanding in product management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in the Fashion Value Creation Chain, strong organizational skills, solid business understanding, change management expertise, and fluent negotiation skills in English.
