The ANNAX Group has been part of the Wabtec Corporation Group since 2018 and has 3 locations in Germany, Switzerland and China with over 360 employees. Our system solutions in the rail industry include ANNAX passenger information with many already integrated subsystems, such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for the blind and deaf, infotainment/entertainment systems and others.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sourcing Analyst & Performance (m/f/d) at the Munich-Brunnthal site.

What you can expect:

• Facilitate coordination between sites and centre-led sustainability & performance sourcing team and serve as the interface between the site sourcing team and centre-led performance team
• Be the key contact for reporting KPIs (e.g., monthly deflation/inflation or other initiatives/KPIs)
• Manage budgets including forecasting costs for given KPIs and measuring actuals against budgets
• Prepare analyses and purchase reports, such as reporting price discrepancies with suppliers
• Prepare and validate the Tender Purchase Plan in collaboration with Annax China and U3
• Act as a Change Champion for sourcing processes and technologies, coordinating change communication and training plans where appropriate

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing Management or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Project Management roles
• Experience in Mix Project/Product manufacturing or Supply Chain Management
• Ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrix environment across multiple business units
• Professional English skills (German & French considered a plus)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Open-mindedness
• Pro-active attitude
• Ability to handle stressful environments
