We are currently seeking a Job Architecture Specialist (x|f|m) for our Organizational Development team based at our headquarters in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). The position is to be filled full time with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis. In this position, you will support the drafting and revising of job profiles, job description and skills, ensuring alignment, clarity and consistency within our job architecture.

  • Develop and maintain our job architecture framework, including job profiles, job families, and growth journeys
  • Collaborate with HR and business to ensure job architecture aligns with organizational strategy and workforce planning
  • Conduct in-depth job analysis to ensure roles are clearly defined and classified
  • Provide guidance and support in the development of job descriptions
  • Apply best practices to identify gaps or inconsistencies and continuously improve our job architecture
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in job analysis & classification
  • Support the introduction and maintenance of skills taxonomy

What will convince us

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least first experience in job architecture or a related area
  • Good analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn the business context
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within HR teams
  • Very good command of English & German, both written and oral
