Site Controller (f/m/d)

This key role will serve as the commercial finance expert on site, partnering with the Site Management team to enhance performance and meet site targets. Reporting to and coordinating with Group Finance, you will handle financial analysis, planning, and reporting for the site. You will also develop and maintain efficient processes and controls to ensure accurate data provision and insightful commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product costing, portfolio profitability analysis, and production controlling
  • Commercial and investment analysis, along with other ad-hoc projects
  • Supporting operational improvement initiatives
  • Financial planning over short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for the site
  • Overseeing and optimizing site liquidity

Position Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience in Controlling within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with SAP FI/CO
  • A commercial mindset

Must be:

  • A team player focused on delivering results
  • A fluent communicator in German and English (business level)
  • An analytical and precise individual
  • Available regularly on-site in Berlin
