The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefings to post-interview feedback.
• Developing new client relationships through strategic business development.
• Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top-tier candidates.
• Building expertise within a specific vertical market, becoming a go-to professional.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and support team success.
• Expanding g2’s presence in Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, and identifying new market opportunities.

• Uncapped commission on top of your base salary – your earnings are in your hands. Expected OTE: Year 1: €45k, Year 2: €70-80k, Year 3: €90-100k

• A resilient, solutions-focused approach.
• Quick thinker, adaptable, confident in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear and direct communication skills.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate within 40 minutes of Werksviertel.
• Full right to work in Germany; visa sponsorship not available for non-EU citizens.
• Fluency in German is an advantage but not required.
