This role involves:

• Facilitating communication with the world's largest international DTC companies
• Acting as a liaison between the client and the agency
• Supporting a team of project and account managers in:
• Monitoring paid social campaign performance and KPIs
• Preparing performance reports and review presentations
• Writing proposals
• Participating in client meetings
• Managing projects, timelines, and deliverables

You will also:

• Participate in agency sales efforts by researching new clients and leads
• Approach potential clients via cold calling (primarily LinkedIn)
• Gather information for initial calls
• Assist sales managers with follow-up calls
• Review and improve the company's sales strategy

**Your Profile**

• Studying or completed a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or media
• Some practical experience, preferably in online marketing
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills
• Enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment
• Independent, results-oriented, highly motivated
• Communicative, flexible, open-minded
• Excellent English and German skills (oral and written)
