Are you passionate about building innovative tech and leading talented engineering teams? Join a fast-growing FinTech scale-up where your impact goes beyond code. We’re looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead ready to shape, scale, and inspire a high-performing development team.

What You’ll Do:

Build or expand a software development team in collaboration with a Tech Lead and Product Owner

Own the delivery of new features and contribute actively to the codebase

Drive agile practices, ensure bi-weekly releases, and optimise internal processes

Develop and mentor your team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture

Organise team events and nurture continuous growth

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Computer Science or a related field

4+ years of professional experience in software engineering

First experience in leading or managing small (project) teams

Solid experience with object-oriented programming (ideally .NET C# – Java switchers welcome!)

Familiarity with web frameworks, HTML5, and CSS

Excellent communication skills in English, German is desirable

Nice to Have:

Experience with Angular, RESTful APIs, or MongoDB
