Responsibilities

  1. Focus on expanding sales activities for the HEF Group and its subsidiary TS Deutschland in the Südwestdeutschland region, including active management of existing clients and acquiring new customers.
  2. Manage the entire sales process from needs analysis, developing tailored solutions, preparing offers, to closing contracts.
  3. Serve as the main contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  4. Participate in relevant trade fairs and conduct continuous market and competitor analysis.
  5. Provide regular reports to the sales management in Germany.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or technical consulting in surface technology or materials science sectors such as PVD/PACVD, heat treatment, nitriding, photonics, etc.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience working with industrial clients.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident presence at customer sites.
  • Technical expertise to access new contacts and application areas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
