Lead PMO Digital Programs Energy Markets- Expert Services (f / m / d)

• Functionally lead a team of PM / PMO consultants
• Drive our key Digital Technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets / Trading, aiming to turn E.ON into a digital-first energy company
• Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in
• Play a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany, focusing on people and business development, capability building, and recruiting
• Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offers to address their challenges

What you are good at

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Extensive experience working in Energy Markets / Energy Trading.
• Broad experience leading complex digital technology programs, including project management, design, development, testing, rollout, and operations.
• Strong consulting skills, from strategic thinking to problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and organization
• Broad technology knowledge and expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization
• Experience leading delivery teams across multiple locations and vendors, managing external partners in dynamic environments
• Experience in building and running a practice, including capability and people development
• Fluent in English and very good German language skills
• Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector and grid business
