Your tasks

  1. Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures.
  2. Coordination and monitoring of external service providers.
  3. Negotiating, monitoring, and managing maintenance contracts.
  4. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene standards.
  5. Supporting the planning and implementation of construction measures and relocations.
  6. Carrying out minor repairs and troubleshooting.
  7. Organization and documentation of all processes relevant to facility management.
  8. Maintaining master data in the CAFM system (Planon).
  9. Providing technical on-call service.
  10. Participating in the digitalization of facility management.

Your profile

  1. Completed vocational training in HVAC, electrical engineering, construction, or further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or business administrator in facility management.
  2. Initial professional experience in facility management is desirable.
  3. Good knowledge of maintaining technical systems and building infrastructure.
  4. Ideally, knowledge of fire protection and occupational health and safety.
  5. Knowledge of legal regulations, technical rules, ordinances, and standards.
  6. Team spirit and a solution-oriented, hands-on approach.
  7. Experience working with IT systems (especially CAFM systems, ERP).
  8. Confident handling of MS Office applications.
  9. Willingness for continuous development.
  10. Enjoyment of new technical challenges.
  11. Committed, team- and customer-oriented mindset and working style.
