Your mission

Are you passionate about technology and sales? In this role, you will be responsible for enabling our prospects to understand how our solution uniquely meets their needs and delivers key business value for them. As a critical part of the sales organisation, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding our prospects and customers' complex requirements and pain points
  • Designing and presenting a compelling solution to meet these needs
  • Positioning the benefits and value of our solutions to both business and technical audiences in order that they understand how and where we can uniquely address their needs and deliver value.
  • Creating and delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations as part of the customer engagement process
  • Having a good working knowledge of the search, merchandising, and personalisation market to best position our offering against other vendors' solutions.
  • Responding to functional and technical aspects of RFI/RFP

Your profile

  • Proven experience in software presales
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of the eCommerce market and ideally knowledge of search and recommendation solutions
  • Proven ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Willing and able to travel regularly for meetings
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English as well as German
