The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. Operations are responsible for all production-related activities within the battery cell production, including planning, constructing, and rolling out new battery cell factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operational functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within operations.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Lead projects for the development and implementation of efficient waste management in our factories, considering strategic goals as well as cost, time, and quality requirements.
2. Develop, propose, and coordinate the implementation of company-wide organizational structures, processes, tools, procedures, standards, and lessons learned in waste management.
3. Evaluate, interpret, and ensure the application of new technologies and regulations related to environmental and disposal standards.
4. Analyze and optimize existing waste management processes to increase efficiency and sustainability.
5. Lead global working groups and collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and authorities on waste management topics.
6. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on waste management.
7. Prepare reports and documentation on waste quantities, types, and recycling methods.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. University degree in environmental management, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field.
2. Several years of professional experience in waste management.
3. Strong team player with excellent communication skills in an international environment.
4. Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
5. High cost awareness, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
6. Experience with MS Office applications.
