Your Role

  1. Implement tools and workflows to manage and analyze image data in the cloud, providing a robust, user-friendly infrastructure for remote data handling.
  2. Engage with relevant communities through organizing and participating in workshops, hackathons, and other community events.
  3. Collaborate with partners in Euro-BioImaging and EOSC-Life, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

You have

- Experience in developing cloud-based data management and analysis tools.

- Familiarity with bioimaging and image analysis software.

- Knowledge of the Galaxy platform and/or CWL is advantageous.

You might also have

- Experience with bioimaging software and workflows.
