Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the Spanish market.
- Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:
Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
- Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with field service partners.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers.
- Ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
- Contribute to improving our service quality and operational excellence.
- Support the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
- University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
- Experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
- Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
