Ingenieur*in (m/w/d) für den Bereich M&P Interior Materials - Fachrichtung zerstörende Materialprüfung / Kunststoffe, Klebverbindungen, Verbundwerkstoffe, Textilien

Standort: Bremen, DE

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit (37,5h)

Befristung: Unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

• Labormanagement inkl. aller qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse im Rahmen der ISO 17025 Akkreditierung

• Planung und Umsetzung bis zur Berichterstellung aller auftragsbezogenen Tätigkeiten im Labor für die Qualifizierung von Materialien in der Luftfahrt

• Planung und Sicherstellung der Durchführung von:
  - mechanischen Prüfungen an Kunststoffen, Klebverbindungen, Verbundwerkstoffen, Textilien u.a. (z.B. Zug-, Schäl-, Biege-, Druckversuche)
  - luftfahrtspezifischen Tests (z.B. Reibungs-, Abrieb-, Impacttests)
  - klebtechnischen Probenfertigungen sowie Vorbehandlungen und Alterungsprozessen

• Dokumentation und Auswertung von Prüfergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Prüfberichten

• Erstellung, Bearbeitung bzw. Anwendung von Verfahrensanweisungen, Verfahrensnormen,

• Produktspezifikationen, Prüfspezifikationen und Prüfanweisungen und Prüfprotokollen

• Planung und Sicherstellung der Durchführung von Ringversuchen und Referenzmessungen im Rahmen der ISO 17025 Akkreditierung

• Planung und Durchführung sowie Nachbearbeitung von Audits im Rahmen der ISO 17025 Akkreditierung

Unsere Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit besonderer Kenntnis in der Werkstoffprüfung

• Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet ist Voraussetzung

• Sicherer Umgang mit Laboreinrichtungen sowie deren Prozessen unter Einhaltung der bekannten und relevanten Vorschriften

• Gute Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
