Responsibilities

1. Manage complex projects following AHO standards 9 and 19 in close collaboration with the project manager.
2. Provide technical, economic, and organizational consulting and support to our clients.
3. Coordinate and align the construction and planning stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with costs, schedules, and quality standards from both internal and external perspectives.
5. Oversee quality management, including approval and monitoring.
6. Manage contracts with planners, contractors, and subcontractors.
7. Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or comparable field.
• Knowledge of fee regulations (HOAI, AHO, VOB), with 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Analytical skills, independent working style, high commitment.
• Cooperative and communicative abilities.
• Proficient in German (spoken and written, negotiation level).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel.
