Middle Full-Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel/Vue/Wordpress)

Job Description:

A software development company is seeking a talented, long-term Middle Full-Stack Engineer.

The company develops the world’s most used route sequencing and optimization software for small businesses and enterprises. With over 35,000 customers, it helps last mile businesses save money, time, and labor, providing seamless route planning, dispatch, navigation, and tracking.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop backend solutions with Laravel and PHP following MVC, OOP, and SOLID principles.
2. Build client-side applications using Vue.js.
3. Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
4. Implement designs from Figma and integrate UI solutions.
5. Integrate external APIs and optimize application performance.
6. Maintain technical documentation and participate in agile processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 5+ years of PHP development experience, with at least 3 years in Laravel.
2. Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
3. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Git, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
4. Experience converting Figma designs into code.
5. Ability to understand technical documentation in English.
6. Willingness to work within the European time zone.
7. Understanding of web server configuration and optimization.
8. Quick learner capable of adopting new technologies.
9. Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
