Financial Communications Manager (f / m / d)

Summary

We are seeking a Financial Communications Manager (f / m / d) for the Public Relations department at our Taufkirchen location, available immediately.

The Public Relations Department at HENSOLDT serves as the primary contact for external stakeholder communications via media channels (interviews, media roundtables, Q&A partners) and manages press releases, magazine articles, and campaign-related communications.

The department is also responsible for the HENSOLDT Inside employee magazine and intranet news content.

Your Tasks

• Developing and creating communication materials for quarterly and annual reports (press releases, internal communications, social media, quote cards for management, videos)
• Supporting internal and external communications of business successes and investments
• Collaborating on projects for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day (concept development, storyline, content, scripts, speeches, presentations)
• Managing online annual report projects, including coordinating contributions from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, CEO, CFO, and liaising with finance and sustainability teams, as well as external partners for website and design
• Supporting communication for transformation projects in finance (ERP transformation OneSAPNow, HENSOLDT GO!, and Finance Vision)
• Creating and executing communication plans for the CFO (social media, event appearances, panels, podcasts, speeches, and speaking notes)

Your Profile

• Completed studies in communication, business administration, or related fields
• Several years of experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company or consulting environment
• Journalistic experience in business reporting is advantageous
• Strong affinity for digital media (video, photo)
• Excellent command of German and English
