As a Software Engineer, you will enhance the global entitlement management infrastructure. Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand their use models and investigate requirements. Create software architectures and solutions to meet their needs, either with cloud services or on-premise. Work independently as part of a small, agile team without hierarchies.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge Required:
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Java technologies
- Proven record in backend development
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS
- Knowledge of databases
Interview Stages:
- 1st stage: Informal
- 2nd stage: Technical focus
- 3rd stage: On-site interview with senior management
Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to 75,000 EUR/year
- 13 payments per year
- Potential bonus of up to 20,000 EUR per year, paid every six months (20% net profit sharing)
- Excellent pension plan: company pays 140% of your contributions
