ROOTS Brand Strategy Consultants GmbH is an international brand & marketing strategy consultancy, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. We help renowned clients across a broad spectrum of industries to create or sharpen their brand & marketing strategy and manage their brands in the most effective & efficient ways.

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant with dedicated focus on artwork (packaging) process optimization. The consultant has expertise in the graphic chain process and will independently lead projects from beginning to end: starting with proper understanding of the client’s business issues & goals, followed by developing strategic recommendations that are impactful and measurable. Finally, you guide project execution and drive & track the actual impact of the initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Functional expertise: 5+ years of experience in working with/for great companies on artwork management. Ideally, you have analyzed and optimized the artwork process, knowing all relevant steps from artwork briefing over prepress until print file transfer.
• Excellent communication skills: You feel comfortable running presentations and engaging in business discussions.
• Well-structured thinking: You can navigate large amounts of information and articulate ideas in a convincing story flow.
• Project management: You are familiar with project management principles and tools such as Jira/Asana.
• Healthy perfectionism: You prioritize quality and attention to detail in your work.
• Languages: Fluency in English and German, both verbally and in writing.

• Understand client challenges and develop approaches for artwork process optimization projects.
• Develop best-in-class processes and solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop implementation plans including business case/budget calculation.
• Run capability programs & trainings.
• Enhance & upgrade the ROOTS solutions portfolio.
• Support client acquisition and represent ROOTS externally.
• Grow, educate & inspire the ROOTS team.
