PowerCo SE - Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations handle all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities include planning, constructing, and rolling out forthcoming battery cell factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within the operations area.

Your role and key responsibilities

  1. Optimizing production processes, considering organization, technology, safety, and cost
  2. Implementing value stream mapping
  3. Developing digital Industrial Engineering methods further
  4. Analyzing simulation results to enhance equipment efficiency
  5. Consulting on production development and sustainable improvement of operating results
  6. Executing bottleneck analysis, line balancing, and plausibility checks

What you bring to the team

  1. Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, economics, or similar
  2. Experience in production and Industrial Engineering
  3. Ability to analyze production technologies and processes using digital tools such as Siemens Teamcenter and Plant Simulation
  4. Skills in value stream mapping
  5. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  6. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

What makes you stand out

  1. Proficiency with Siemens Plant Simulation
  2. Knowledge in value stream mapping
  3. Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter
  4. Skills in working with ERP systems and/or MES
