Tasks

The Consultant Project Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring effective project portfolio planning and execution in alignment with Objectives & Key Results. This role provides governance, strategic oversight, administrative support, and ensures compliance across the COO area to enhance project success and organizational efficiency.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and deliver business value.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and resource allocation, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track project status, KPIs, and overall portfolio health.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior leaders and executives, ensuring clear communication of project status, strategic insights, and key recommendations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the implementation of the OKR framework at the IONOS Group to ensure alignment of strategic goals, drive performance, and foster a results-oriented culture across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy, infosec, and risk management procedures for the COO area.
  • Serve as a point of contact and advisor for employees and managers regarding data protection, infosec, and risk management for the COO area.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across departments.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, agility, and project success rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership is preferred.
  • PRINCE2 or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience with data privacy, information security, and risk management is a plus.
