The Opportunity

We're seeking an energetic Channel Sales & Partner Development Manager, Hunter mentality, to drive our expansion in the DACH market. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, global tech company while maintaining the agility and innovation of a startup.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Germany
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners (ISVs, resellers, integrators)
  • Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach
  • Drive partner education and enablement programs
  • Work alongside our marketing team to generate leads and create impactful campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner support and escalations

Your Profile

  • Native German speaker with fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • 2-5 years of experience in direct and indirect sales (channel management)
  • Strong understanding of the DACH partner ecosystem
  • Experience in IT hardware / software sales would be a plus
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
