Your mission

• Provide support for employees with application issues both on-site and remotely (at external locations)
• Administer the Windows network and software landscape
• Implement onboarding and offboarding processes for employee devices
• Document work steps and processes
• Install hardware and software

Your profile

• Good knowledge of the above IT areas
• Good knowledge of common hardware systems
• A strongly service-oriented approach
• The ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
• Flexibility, willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to work in a team
• Good German and English skills
