Operations Manager

Location: Leipzig, Saxony, Germany (On-site)

The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a start-up business backed by two large players within the energy sector. This start-up is making a decisive contribution to a climate-neutral, sustainable, and livable future. By using renewable energies across the entire value chain, they reduce the CO2 footprint of their client in the long term.

As a growth-oriented group, they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team in Leipzig.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational energy management in the area of end customer processing and electricity producers.
2. Registration and re-registration of electricity customers and electricity producers.
3. Implementation of modern energy topics such as tenant electricity models, on-site PPAs, shared building supply, and dynamic tariffs.
4. Constant exchange with market and project partners regarding questions and problems by telephone and email.
5. Product and process optimization in collaboration with the developers.
6. Managing customer mailboxes and answering emails and telephone inquiries.
7. Creation and management of contract documents.

Your Profile:

1. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in market communication and the GPKE / MPES market processes.
2. Professional experience in the energy industry is desirable.
3. Very good MS Office knowledge and willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT systems.
4. High level of initiative and enthusiasm.
5. Knowledge of German and English, at least at B2 level.
