Position Details

Tasks

  1. Creation of test specifications and instructions or conception and realization of automated software tests
  2. Analyzing and reporting test results
  3. Cooperation with software developers in quality assurance and improvement measures
  4. Ensuring test coverage
  5. Initial analysis of customer error messages
  6. Setting up and maintaining test environments
  7. Testing and documenting software and system components, including selecting suitable test methods

Requirements

  1. Several years of professional experience in software testing
  2. Excellent written and spoken English, especially technical English
  3. Vocational training in computer science (e.g., FIAN) or technical studies
  4. Good knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., LabView)
  5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python
  6. Experience with testing and debugging tools/frameworks
  7. Very good written and spoken German
